Fundamentals First
Every practice builds footwork, ball handling, shooting mechanics, and a real understanding of the game.
About CMYBA
Since 2008, we've helped thousands of young athletes across Mid-Michigan grow as players and people.

The Central Michigan Youth Basketball Association began in 2008 with a simple idea: every kid in Mid-Michigan deserves a place to play, learn, and belong. What started as four rec teams is now an association that spans Mid-Michigan. Our schools come from Lake Michigan to Lake Huron.
Today we run development-focused rec leagues, competitive school leagues, summer 3v3, and year-round skills clinics — all led by certified, background-checked coaches who put kids first. Wins are great. Character lasts longer.
Every practice builds footwork, ball handling, shooting mechanics, and a real understanding of the game.
We teach players to compete hard, respect officials and opponents, and carry themselves with class.
Families, coaches, and volunteers from Lake Michigan to Lake Huron make this league possible.
Background-checked coaches, insured facilities, and confidential medical protocols for every player.
